BERI is a brownfield regeneration initiative, the Virtual Masterplan is a sub section of their site giving a animated overview of what’s involved in brownfield regeneration.  It also has a number of case studies of previous projects.

I did the flash build work for the site and added it to the existing Joomla backend.
